Job Description
- Telecoms Operations Manager urgently required by a leading strategic turnkey infrastructure services provider that offer Telecommunication & Site Build Services, Telecommunication Managed Services and Specialist Infrastructure Build Services such as: - transmission lines, media gateway stations and IPP concessions.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidates main duty but not limited to, is to run the day-to-day passive maintenance operations of the company to clients full satisfaction, Planning, scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance for all site equipment as well as managing the NOC operations to achieve the SLA's and MTTR as per the contract agreement.

- Knowledge of (ericsson RBS200 & RBS2000 families and electrical installation principles) Good Knowledge of installation procedures in the GSM field.
- Microwave knowledge of ericsson MiniLink , NEC , SDH and PDH systems Communication compression equipment.
- Good Knowledge of installation procedures Microwave and satellite equipment field.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety at work procedures.
- Ability to use appropriate testing tools and apply test procedures.
