Job Description

  • Our client requires the service of an experience Sales Manager. You are to Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extend Global reach.

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
  • Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly.

Job Qualifications / Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
  • 7 years above marketing experience with a corporate setting.
  • 35 years below.
  • Proven track record of successful, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership ability.
  • Must have had a marketing/sales experience in the bank/fintech company.
