Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary
- Our client is in urgent need of an ambitious and experienced Marketing Executive who is highly adept at devising successful real estate sales strategies, coordinating sales campaigns, and executing effective marketing plans that will convert potential prospects into clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy to identify and get potential leads
- Overseeing the progress of advertisement campaigns and sales activities
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
- Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
- Experience in Marketing.
- Marketing experience in the real estate sector would be an advantage.
