Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution (minimum second class upper).
- Membership of CIPM is an added advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in people or human resources role.
- Good knowledge of HR processes.
- Experience with HRIS systems Experience working directly with senior executives.
- Demonstrate the ability to influence and build high impact partnerships
- Experience growing and managing a high-performing team
- Process and project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
- Experience defining, creating, tracking & owning HR processes from on-boarding to training & support.

Salary
