Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support by preparing letters, documents, profiles and reports.
- Bi-weekly review of target tender boards for possible bidding opportunities.
- Responsible for collecting all required tender documents, and submitting competitive bids on behalf of the company
- Responsible for product planning, testing and quality assurance in collaboration with the software development team
- Generate quotes and invoices for offline orders where needed
- Process orders by liaising with the vendor, customer and logistics provider to ensure order fulfilment
- Responsible for executing awarded tenders by negotiating with suppliers/manufacturers and logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery of products.
- Responsible for International and local cooperate communications.
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree in Business Administration or any related
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Experience in handling bids and tendering
- Excellent vendor management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and
- Excellent presentation skills
- Commercial and business awareness
- Sales and customer relationship skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
