Job Title: POS Support Representative

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Configuration of POS terminals upon request.
• Troubleshooting of POS terminals.
• Regular visits and support of merchants to ensure up-time on POS terminals.
• Managing POS Merchant settlements & reconciliation.
• Render excellent customer services to merchants.

Qualifications

• HND / BSc in any discipline.
• 1-3 years’ experience as a POS Support Representative.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must be highly organized.
• Candidates' proximity to Apapa axis will be added advantage.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
