Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Team Lead to oversee all aspects of our organization's operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way, improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices, and formulating strategic and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage day-to-day operations, including production, inventory, and supply chain management
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee and manage a team of operational staff, providing leadership, direction, and support
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve business goals
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Operations Management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Customer service-oriented with an enthusiasm for improving customer satisfaction
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving business goals
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
