Job Title: MFB Business Manager
Location: Agbara, Ogun

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day to day activities of the business.
- Manage all legal, compliance and CBN reporting
- Develop and implement SOP for all business activities
- Manage credit risk, Finance Loan administration and customer retention
- Manage and execute the sales strategies and plan.
- Lead the development of growth and innovative strategies.
- Solely responsible for the Government, institutional and corporate business development and affairs.
- Lead and execute strategic partnerships with key partners and other stakeholders.
- Lead and oversee the acquisition of consumer and business customers.
- Identify, form and execute strong partnerships with key potential partners, ambassadors, service providers, strategic alliance etc.
- Oversee all functions and departments of the business as the business operations Manager.
Requirements
- BSc. Degree in a relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in MicroFinance Bank
- Sound knowledge of the Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Familiar with current Agency Banking guidelines
- Excellent multicultural awareness and management skills,
- Good communication and inter personal skills
- High degree of team building and supervisory skills
- Good relationship management skills
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT etc).
