Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are looking for Team Leads for our Human Capital Advisory Services unit.
- This unit handles Organizational Design and Development and, Compensation & Benefits for our select clients.
- Such candidate must have the ability to plan, direct, coordinate HR management activities of the organization.
- Candidate must have the ability to multitask and simultaneously work on multiple engagements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc (Second Class Upper) in Social Sciences or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Demonstrates exceptional Client Management skills.
- Goal Oriented, Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver high performance results with minimal supervision.
- CIPM Certification is an added advantage.
