IAP Building Solutions is a building solutions company that specializes in Aluminium & glass finishing. We provide innovative product with top quality materials and excellent service delivery. The company was incorporated in 2008 to provide practical solutions to aluminium and glass challenge in the country as well as neighboring African countries. The company’s objective is to be the preferred aluminium and glass solutions company in Nigeria and with this in mind, we would have been able to actualize our mission of being the target leader in relation to customers’ satisfaction and effectiveness.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the other department.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Previous experience in Aluminium and glass solutions will be a plus.
  • Extensive sales experience.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance.
  • Great networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding skill for research about the company products
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Savvy in handling social media (Instalgram, Facebook, Twitter and Telegram) marketing for the company.
