We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Officer Intern

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Description 

• Assist with providing legal support and advice on relevant legal issues.
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc.;
• Handle active litigation;
• Keep up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contribute to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function;
• Act as our in-house data protection manager;
• Assist the Company Secretary with managing board processes and meetings.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Company Secretary and required by the management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 0 - 1 year work experience.
