We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Compliance Analyst
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job-Level: Entry-Level
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in executing AML/CFT/CPF Audit and ML/TF/PF Risk Assessment for the company’s clients
- Deliver Regulatory Compliance consulting services to clients
- Assist in the development of compliance training programs
- Assist in the development of related compliance policies for the company and its clients
- Perform other related duties as may be required
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or Business Management
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Regulatory Compliance at a financial institution
- Membership of the Compliance Institute, Nigeria is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Nigeria AML/CFT laws and regulations
- Business development expertise
- Resident in Lagos
Competency and Skills Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent report-writing skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Powerpoint
