Job Title: Deputy Head, HR & Admin

Location: Nigeria

Major Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Business unit to effectively recruit and manage talent.
• Performance management in line with organisation policies.
• Provide training calendar after conduct of training needs assessment using various organisation provided channels.
• Provide organisation-wide training calendar.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree with minimum of Second-Class Lower Division (2:2) in any discipline.
• Professional qualifications.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Core HR Role.
• Preferred candidate (Only Female) must have.
