Job Title: Training Manager

Major Responsibilities

• Conduct regular training needs assessment using various organisation provided channels and provide organisation-wide training calendar and provide return of investment for every training intervention.

Requirements

• Preferred candidate (Only Female) must have
• A Bachelor's Degree with minimum of Second-Class Lower Division (2:2) in any discipline.
• Professional qualifications-MCP certification is desired.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Microfinance Operations at mid-management level.
