We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Data Protection Analyst
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Level: Entry-Level
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with the Team Lead in executing Data Protection Compliance Audit for the company’s clients
- Assist in delivering Data Protection consulting services to clients
- Assist in developing related policies on Data Protection
- Draft Service Level Agreements for each of the company’s business line
- Perform other related duties as may be required
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or Management Studies
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Law or Audit Firm
- Knowledge of the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 and Data Protection Bill
- Genuine curiosity about privacy and data protection best practices
- An understanding of contract and legal processes
- Business development expertise
- Resident in Lagos.
Competency and Skills Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent report-writing skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to offer considered and practical advice
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and PowerPoint.
