Job Title: UI / UX Designer (Figma)

• A black rose is the ideal candidate. A black rose for this role is a stunning designer with experience building engaging and intuitive interfaces for a variety of products and platforms.
• They can collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand their needs anddesign solutions that meet business and user requirements.

Must-Haves (Non-negotiables):

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong experience using Figma and similar design tools
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design

Role Description

• Lead the design and development of high-quality user interfaces for digital products and platforms
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and user requirements
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into your design work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong experience using Figma and similar design tools
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design
• Ability to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively
• Experience conducting user research and testing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
