We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: People Operations Manager

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

  • Treat employees as internal customers and increase their satisfaction.
  • Empower employees and facilitate the day-to-day work life.
  • Support employees on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about benefits and company policies.
  • Createe goal-based reward systems that encourage employee initiative and dedication.
  • Coordinate effective professional communication with external parties such as clients, consultants, etc.
  • Delegate certain customer inquiries to specific teams.
  • Help to achieve the wider goals of the organization.
  • Proactively create new systems and programs to improve ways of working.
  • Display leadership in client hospitality which exemplifies excellent customer service.
  • Create a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
  • Develop easy and modern means of reporting in form of templates.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Communication or any related field.
  • 2-3 years relevant work experience as Human Resource Manager or similar role.
  • Expert level in written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, innovation, and creativity.

Required Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Accuracy and keen attention to detail.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Administrative skills.
  • Well-presented and professional appearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary
NGN120,000 / Month.
