We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Tech Instructor
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 2 months (Can be extended based on company’s needs)
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality course content on the MERN stack, including lectures, labs, assignments, and assessments.
- Provide feedback and support to students, including answering questions and reviewing assignments.
- Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment for students, encouraging interaction and collaboration among learners.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices on the MERN stack, and incorporate them into the course curriculum.
- Continuously improve your teaching skills by seeking feedback, participating in professional development opportunities, and evaluating and adjusting your teaching strategies.
Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a software developer with expertise in the MERN stack.
- Strong understanding of web development concepts, including front-end and back-end development, databases, and APIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Experience with online teaching platforms, course development, and curriculum design preferred.
- Passion for teaching and helping others learn and grow in their careers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Nest JS, Express JS, React, SQL, MongoDB, GraphQL and REST
