Job Title: Lounge / Restaurant Manager

Job Description

• The Lounge Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Lounge in order to meet the business requirements and guest satisfaction whilst ensuring the highest professional services in accordance with the company's service standards.
• The candidate will also be responsible for the Lounge's daily shift operations and supervision of staff. The candidate assists with promoting the lounge, and menu planning, maintains standards, and manages property liquor inventories and controls. Strives to ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
• Accountable for enforcing all legal obligations professionally and consistently. Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan. Strengthens the food and beverage/culinary team by assisting when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision, direction, and leadership to the Lounge.
• Be familiar with the policies and procedures to ensure that all associates under his/her supervision adhere to the policies.
• Trains and guides all the staff so they may carry out their duties efficiently and effectively at all times.
• Plans the rosters of staff accurately to ensure sufficient manpower to provide the highest level of service to the guests.
• Handle guests' complaints promptly and efficiently in the best interest of the lounge.
• To manage all expenses that occurred in the Lounge such as stationery supply, food and beverages, and any other relevant expenses.
• Cultivates and maintain a close relationship with all the guest especially Club guest, VIP, VVIP at all times with the view to ensure they are properly attended to.
• To conduct the room inspections of all lounge areas ensuring they are defect free and well-kept.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, grooming, and attitude towards staff and guests.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• Over 4 years of experience as a Bar/Lounge/Restaurant/Club Manager
• Good communication skills
• Pleasant personality with good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• IT proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong team player, whilst still having the ability to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.

Salary Range
N150,000 - N300,000 (Depending on experience).
