Requirements
- Candidate must possess HND or B.Sc in Catering and Hotel Management, with speciality in food production and organisation.
Preferably:
- A Chef with versatile experience and above required qualification.
- He or She must be able to control a large pool of caterers with a work plan and ability to work without supervision.
