Job Description

• We are currently seeking young and intelligent individuals with OND / Secondary school certification who reside within the Yaba, Ojuelegba, or Surulere axis for the position of Customer Service Representative.
• This is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking to start a career in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Attending to customer inquiries
• Processing customer orders and preparing them for dispatch and delivery
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Completing any other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• OND / Secondary School certification
• 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly (depending on experience).
