Job Title: Manager, Sales / Customer Support Officer

Location: Barnawa, Kaduna

Job Description

  • We are searching for a motivated and experienced sales and customer support manager to lead our sales and customer support department.
  • Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by developing effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, and setting customer satisfaction goals.
  • To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a sales and customer service position, with excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques.
  • In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance to the Founder/Creative Director on Sales and Customer support
  • Recruit, supervise, mentor, motivate, and train the sales and customer service team
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Develop and implement sales goals, strategies, and targets
  • Identify, direct, and coordinate all activities on all sales channels
  • Assist in developing pricing strategy
  • Maintain accurate and detailed sales records; Develop sales report and forecast
  • Respond to customer queries and provide guidance with purchasing decisions
  • Track, resolve and document customer issues - follow up with assigned personnel to ensure timely resolution of problems
  • Collect, track and analyse customer feedback to improve customer experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients
  • Supply team with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
  • Coordinate with all internal stakeholders such as product design and development, marketing, inventory etc. to ensure a seamless buying experience
  • Ensure up-to-date customer data across all data management systems
  • Monitor competitor product offerings and industry developments; Suggest best practices to areas of improvements (pricing -> purchase -> product return -> customer support)
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Job Requirements

  • First Degree (B.Sc / HND) in Communication, Business, Administration, Management or another related field
  • Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as a Sales and Customer Support Manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
  • Leadership and interpersonal ability
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation

Preferred:

  • Female for gender balance
  • Not more than 35 years of age.

Gross Salary
N100,000.00 / month.
