Job Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Establishes recruitment requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss manpower needs.
• Determine Person Specifications by studying job description, experience and job qualifications.
• Build and manage a Candidate Database of external and internal talent for potential roles.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and utilizing databases, social media, and referrals, groups; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport with external stakeholders.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks), referrals, and databases.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and virtual and in-person interviews with hiring managers.
• Improves Employer branding by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.

Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or it's equivalent in relevant courses.
• CIPM and HRI Certification will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years experience as a Recruitment Specialist.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
• Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like LinkedIn and Indeed
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Team spirit.
