Job Description
- The BDM shall be largely responsible for leading a unit of the firm that runs training services.
- He is responsible for achieving an assigned sales and profit goal within a defined period.
Principal Tasks & Responsibilities
- Drive brand values and promote the training services through marketing channels.
- Develop strategic business plans periodically.
- Profile new prospects from a defined and evaluated market segment/industry.
- Qualify leads from profiled prospects using the defined sales criteria.
- Brand promotion by developing and publishing effective marketing content such as newsletters, webinars, etc.
- Participate in industry forums, discussions, and conferences to identify business opportunities.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
