We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cook

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description 

• Must be able to bake bread, pastries amongst others
• Plan menus that are appealing, nutritious, and cost-effective
• Prepare food ingredients, including cutting, chopping, marinating, and seasoning
• Follow recipes accurately and efficiently
• Use various cooking techniques, such as grilling, sautéing, roasting, and baking
• Monitor and adjust temperatures, cook times, and other variables
• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including inventory management and supply ordering
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff, including chefs, sous chefs, line cooks, and dishwashers
• Communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work efficiently under pressure
• Possess a passion for food and have excellent culinary skills.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N30,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
