Job Description
- This individual must have adverse knowledge and a good working experience with different health maintenance organizations.
Responsibilities
- Reaching out to potential HMO companies and subscribing them to the hospital facilities.
- To process complaints from the beneficiaries and coworkers, following established guidelines.
- To establish effectivepolicies for all operational procedures.
- To prepare work schedules.
- To give proper orientation to patients/clients on the benefits, eligibility status, enrollmentprocessing procedures,and status of authorizations and referrals.
- To monitor the performances of the other staff in the hospital.
- To interact with the entire HMO community.
Requirements
- Relevant Degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate should be willing to resume immediately.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
