Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Representative to join our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionalities to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and liaise with management and IT developers about sales strategies
- Negotiate sales deals, contracts, and service agreements
- Evaluate client feedback and provide after-sales service
- Report on sales activities and results regularly
- Actively involved in sales of Internet solutions such as UTM, IP Telephony, Hosting, Securit, Disaster Recovery, Cloud and Data Backup, Infrastructure, and other company solutions
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of an HND / BSc in Marketing, Psychology, or a relevant field, along with 1-2 years of experience in an IT sales environment.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
- Advanced proficiency in IT industry terminology and jargon
- Exceptional ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements
- In-depth knowledge of consumer behaviour, as well as industry trends and innovation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to travel when required
