Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Job Description
- The company is looking for a project manager to be responsible for handling the company’s ongoing and future projects as well as business development.
- The selected candidate will be working closely with members of the team to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines and schedules are on track as well as sourcing for new business for the company.
- To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and business development / marketing and the ability to lead projects teams of various sizes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Coordinating with team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
- Proposal generations and presentations to potential clients
- Internal training as well as external client training and program set ups
- Establishing effective communication plans and ensuring their execution
- Preparing status reports for clients as well as the team.
- User Manual generations and staff training to enable successful program implementations
- Managing customer satisfaction.
- Ongoing program management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's in a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management and business development.
- Ability to lead projects of various sizes and see them to completion
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi task.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient is Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
