Job Title: Branch Manager - Automobile Division

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the supervision and coordinating all branch activities including Management of human and material resources.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To achieve monthly/yearly set corporate goals and objectives through proactive initiative for better returns on investment and optimal profitability in line with Budgets investment and optimal profitability in line with Budgets Accurately read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Supervise the activities of the various sections of the Branch-Workshop, Spare Parts Stores, Security and Accounts/Admin and ensures safety of Company assets.
• Initiate prompt payments and collection of invoices and debts to both CASH and APPROVED credit Customers for Products and or Services sold/offered to them.
• Ensure Customer satisfaction and confidence are enhanced by prompt resolution of complaints and imbibing clean and orderly service offering.
• Maintains good relations with Customers and the public for the enhancement of Branch business performance and growth.
• Ensuring MANDILAS/TOYOTA facility standards are kept through regular Service and Parts
• interface/coordination meetings.
• Proactively promote corporate goals and objectives through better returns on investment Any other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned by the Mobility Operations Manager

Qualifications and Experiences

• B.Eng. / HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical, Automobile, Management Sciences, Humanities or Pure Sciences with at least 8 years cognate post NYSC working experience.
• Must have excellent communication, reporting and people management skills.
