Job Title: Senior Research Executive / Research Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing  Development Studies, Social Science, Economics, Psychology or other related qualification
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowePoint and other research software as SPSS
• A minimum of 5 years of intensive work experience in marketing research and policy environment
• Day to day involvement with projects for clients, including drafting of proposals questionnaire design for the quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis interpretation and development of recommendations and preparation of presentation of findings.

• Recommend the best design for the quantitative and qualitative research, identify appropriate funding needed, and manage both the general learning agenda and the specific projects emanating from the learning agenda
• Match the appropriate research methodology and vendor to business objectives while having a thorough understanding of clients' goals and needs
• Working with clients to define complex business objectives, selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques and designing qualitative and quantitative research plans for products in all stages of the Product Life Cycle
• Assisting in developing new business development amongst existing clients as well as supervising managers to ensure all procedures and policies are adhered to
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multicultural and geographically dispersed teams in complex working environment
• An effective and inspiring communicator and negotiator with strong oral and written English skills
