We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Establishing new business relationships.
  • Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Determine clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealings.
  • Deploy highly efficient real estate marketing strategy.
  • Creating marketing strategies and develop marketing materials that will effectively promote the properties to the target audience.
  • Display and market properties to possible buyers.
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services and so on.
  • Promote sales through advertisements and listing services.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
  • Organizing sales visits.
  • Attending presentations/meetings/conferences.
  • Negotiating sales contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Other duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Must hold a Bachelor's Degree,
  • Proven minimum of 4 years working experience as a real estate sales Executive.
  • Proven track record of successful sales in real Estate.
  • Ability to work independently, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion and communication skills.
  • Pleasant and trustworthy.
  • MS Office compliant.
  • An outgoing and likeable personality.
  • Confident and authoritative speaker.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • A high degree of self-motivation.
  • A passion for selling and result orientated.
  • Ability to communicate with people.
  • IT and social media compliant.
  • A Team Player.

Salary
N600,000 - N720,000 / Annually
