Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate regional performance on a continuing basis, develop plans for corrective interventions.
  • Take ownership of new regional initiatives approved for implementation, business performance daily. weekly, monthly.
  • Identify gaps and request necessary interventions to ensure achievement of set targets.
  • Take holistic view of regional commercial performance and drive regional cross functional process improvement.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and develop detailed business plans and incentives for approval of new routes to market and new channels to deliver incremental value to the business.
  • Champion targeted regional campaigns to exploit specific market opportunities and promote the brand. Use market and competitor research data to help drive commercial strategies and use of commercial resources t as to "hit the numbers"
  • Carry out weekly field visits to our own as well as competitors' dealers, customers and channel stakeholders to identify opportunities, understand perception and find new revenue growth streams for existing as well as new business in the region.

Qualifications, Experience, Attributes & Skills Required

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or any related field. Possession of MBA degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 15 years cognate experience in a similar role in Telecommunications, FMCG or a blue chip Company.
  • Strong experience in sales operations, acquisition and recharge services.
  • Good understanding of telecom sales operations, products, pricing, marketing communication and network.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools-Excel, Power point and word.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of the market terrain of your preferred location.
