Job Title: Field Sales Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall Sales performance and the achievement of Plant Sales Revenue and Market development.
- Responsible for management of major key accounts, distributors, markets and channel development in the area.
- Ensures good customer management, trade and customer promotion and merchandising for effective coverage of the assigned area.
- Coach Sales Executives and institute performance metrics
- Ensure that at all times that the company exceeds the expectation of customers in the area.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND, B.Sc / B.A Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing or related field
- Must have 3-5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in an FMCG company
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Good with numbers, Sales planning, Forecasting & budgeting
- Excellent organizational and ability to lead and motivate a team of sales representatives
Salary
N300,000 / Month (Gross)
