Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Brief
- Represent and sell the Company's products & services, specifically described as software development and ICT services in the geographic area of Nigerian states.
- Accurately represent and state Company policies to all potential and existing customers.
- Promptly mail in all leads and orders (new and existing) to the Company.
- Inform your line supervisor, in due time, of all activities / problems concerning Company customers within the sales territory.
- Maintain contact with the clients via telephone, e-mail, physical visit, or other agreed means of communication with reasonable frequency to discuss and win sales activities/contracts within the territory.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree with at least 2 years experience.
