Job Qualification and Skills Requirements

  • BSc Degree in any related field with a minimum of 4-5 years of Sales Experience in the IT Industry
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets of at least ₦1,000,000,000.
  • Committed to continuous education through training, workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Must be Culture centric

Job Competency Requirements:

  • Ability to manage and sustain existing Customers of the Company.
  • Ability to onboard new and profitable, reputable companies as customers.
  • Ability to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Ability to attend sales events and training.
  • Customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets (on a Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis) by successfully following laid-down plans and being innovative.
  • Ability to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the line manager
  • Ability to identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
