Job Purpose
- To provide support to the National country office operations by supporting and ensuring effective coordination, processing and review of documents, monitoring of office operations and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting with all facets of the day-to-day operations and finance of the office.
- Handling organizational and clerical support tasks for the finance and operations unit
- Maintain relationship with internal staff and external partners to enable support of program activities.
- Review of support documents to ensuring completeness
- Provide administrative support
- Filing of operations documents
Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to liaise well with others
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
