We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Concept Manager - Supermarket

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Business Revenue:

  • To achieve Net Sales during the calendar year
  • To ensure achieving Category Margins during the calendar year as per category laid norms.

People Management:

  • Retention of Staff (Attrition rate to be maintained at the minimum)
  • Evaluating and providing constructive feedback
  • Manpower Management
  • Training and mentoring
  • Monitoring and Accessing performances.

Inventory Control:

  • To ensure minimization of the itemized Average daily negatives to control revenue loss
  • To control the Loss Notes vis a vis Sales and ensure updation on a periodic basis to have proper control on the inventory
  • To minimize shrinkage vis a Vis Sales
  • To ensure accuracy of book Stocks v/s Physical stock.

Merchandising Standards:

  • Promotion Execution - Display - To Ensure that all the Items planned for the Promo are Executed as per the Plan & also to share Promo PPT & Flyer distribution as per target
  • Shelf Card & Signage Audit - All other Signage such as Promo & other in store.

Others:

  • R.S.P - Updation - All the prices to be updated on a daily basis
  • To ensure documentation of all transaction types i.e. GRN/LTI/LTO/ Gate Pass etc.
  • Customer Relation Management
  • Expiry Checks - Submitting the Monthly Expiry Reports to SCM along with details of support required
  • Sale Returns - Refund - To Clear all the Sales Returns & also check all the Service Centre Issues
  • To ensure customer satisfaction (Adherence to Delivery Schedules and after Sales Service issue).

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with relevant work experience.
