Job Title: Warehouse Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
- Perform products expiry check
- Ensure the effectiveness of all warehousing activities/operations including the receiving assistants/laborers
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure accuracy in the receiving process and inventory transactions.
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees where required.
- Interface with customers/suppliers/contractors when required to answer questions or solve problems
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Ensure synergy with the shopfloor and warehouse units to ensure efficiency in the business operations.
- Partake in the routine stock take to guide against shrinkage/loss to the business
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Management
Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 monthly.
