Job Title: Director of Operations

Job Descriptions
- The Director of Operations shall provide strategic direction and be responsible for the technical and administrative management of the Department.
- The Director shall define the priorities and lead the design and implementation of the programmes of the Department which focus on support to Internally Displaced Persons (IDP5): Women, Children and the aged; grants management; psychosocial support and research.
Qualification
- A minimum of Bachelor's Degree at no lower than second class lower division and 20 years post-graduation experience, in the relevant field, at least 5 of which must be at management level,
- A postgraduate degree will be an advantage.
