Graystone Solicitors was established in 2006 after a pupilage from the Law firm of Femi Okunnu & Co. The firm is situated at the heart of the Lagos-Island at the Central Business District, it was set up by, Mr. Yemi Adeshina.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Legal Officer
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Law (LLB) or relevant qualifications.
- 7 years post-call experience.
- Must have at least 7 years post graduate experience
- Proven experience in research, analysis and legal advisory on fundamental business matters.
- In-depth knowledge of legal documents and terminology.
- Skilled with MS Office.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in contract drafting and negotiation as well as dispute resolution.
- Good understanding of general and specific company and commercial law in Nigeria.
- Managing compliance with regulatory institutions and support business and official engagements.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
