We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Road Surveillance Representative
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities
- Always available 24/7 on phone & online
- Quick response following any incidents/accidents
- De-escalation of any situation involving incidents/accidents
- Providing training to drivers on avoiding and dealing with incidents/accidents
- Maintaining relationship with Road agencies for quick resolution following incidents/accidents
- Maintaining accurate record of expenses and settlements
- Continuously update the processes and policies for recovery management
- Prepare internal reports on incidents/accidents
- Obtain relevant reports, affidavits, and signatures following any incidents
- Keeping track/check of truck movement on road & reporting to tracking team
- Coordination with Operations team on hourly basis in-case of incident
- Ready to travel by road for surveillance of truck movements
- Sharing pictures and information of sites and trucks to Operations team
- Making arrangements for towing trucks to safe positions/locations/designated workshop
Requirements
- candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in the Nigerian logistics industry
- Excellent knowledge of Nigerian roads and highways
- Communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure
- Must know Hausa for effective communication with drivers
- Be willing to work 6 days a week
