Background

• The Albino Foundation (TAF) is issuing this call for expression of interest from a reputable Consultant to mine data of eligible and registered Persons with Disabilities in Cross River State, Nigeria.
• The purpose of this project is to promote the inclusiveness and equal participation of Persons with Disabilities (PWD) in the electoral process.

Scope of Work
The consultant will be required to carry out the following tasks:

• Conduct a comprehensive review of existing data sources on eligible PWD voters in Cross River State.
• Develop a methodology for identifying and verifying eligible PWD voters which would be approved by TAF prior to the commencement of the project.
• Collect and analyze data on eligible PWD voters in the 18 local government areas of Cross River State.
• Compile a comprehensive database of eligible PWD voters in the state.
• Submit a report of findings and recommendations to TAF.

Requirements
Interested Consultants must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrable experience in data mining and analysis.
• Knowledge of disability rights and inclusive development.
• Familiarity with the electoral system in Nigeria.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
