We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cluster Manager (CM)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the planning, direction and / or coordination of the operational activities within the Cluster. Duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and technical human resources.
  • Responsible also for the supervision of all site-based facility staff undertaking a wide variety of semi-skilled and unskilled tasks related to the operation and maintenance of the Cluster, including ensuring that all properties and equipment are in optimal working condition with regular inspections.
  • Develops and implements departmental polices and procedures and ensures that all operations are in accordance with established health and safety regulations. Ensures that services purchased are acceptable quality at the least possible cost. Keeps Senior Management well informed on area activities and significant problems.
  • Ensures that services purchased are of acceptable quality at the least possible cost. Also accountable for supervising remedial and custodial services, all building operations and related services within UPDC’s scope of work for all sites. Trains, directs, and appraises assigned personnel.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
  • 6 - 9 years work experience.
