At Genius Hub we use communication for development (C4D) in our approach to reducing social vices, such as human trafficking and irregular migration, creating awareness on available livelihood opportunities as alternative to irregular migration, promoting socio-economic growth through skills acquisition, entrepreneurship development and access to market, women and girls empowerment, re-integration of returned irregular migrants, providing psychosocial support to victims of human trafficking and irregular migration, and business support through facilitating loans and grants. Genius Hub is National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) certified and Industrial Training Fund (ITF) certified centre for skills development as well as a GIZ (German Society for International Cooperation GmbH) training partner.

• We seek the services of an eloquent, persuasive proposal writer to join our team of writers in creating proposals. The proposal writer's responsibilities include gathering information, formatting the information according to the company's policies, obtaining supervisor approval, and sending the proposal to the appropriate source.

Requirements
To be successful as a proposal writer, you should be:

• Articulate,
• Have excellent written communication skills, and
• Be able to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.
• You must be a top-notch proposal writer who is consistent, detail-oriented, and able to write in a factual, convincing manner.

Experience:

• 4-5 years experience writing proposals.
• He/ She must be conversant with World Bank and other International Organisation style of writing competitive and strong proposals.
