Job Title: Corporate Service Manager

Role Summary
- The Corporate Services Manager will be actively responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the company’s strategic plans in accordance with the company’s mission and vision statements.
- The role will be focused on driving the shared services function of the company, and co-ordinating office processes and procedures to ensure organisational and operational effectiveness and efficiency. Job holder will work with relevant third-party consultants at the initial stages.
Primary Focus Areas
Company Secretarial:
- Regulatory Compliance and documentation
- Legal Services- contract review and advise.
- Company Secretariat Services
Human Resource Administration:
- Setup HR function and structure.
- Develop relevant HR documents and templates.
- Develop policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and best practice.
- Work with relevant consultants on HR projects as may be determined.
- In conjunction with the HR manager ensuring all company guidelines are adhered to.
- Guide the founders and managers on key HR knowledge.
Office Administration:
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail.
- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Manage office budget.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
- Hire and manage relevant service providers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Law Degree (LLB, BL)
- 2 - 3 years cognate experience.
- Understanding of HR Processes.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to confidential materials and issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Passionate self-starter.
- Good communication skills (Verbal and written).
- Experienced use of MS Office Suite.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
