We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description
  • Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives
Essential Duties and Responsibility
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team
  • Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople and oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly and monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
  • Evaluate the performance of sales staff and provide feedback
  • Co-ordinate and monitor online sales activity
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue and generate timely sales reports
  • Formulate sales policies and procedures and prepare and monitor budgets while controlling expenses
  • Maintain inventory control
  • Conduct market research, competitors and customer analysis
  • Analyse data to identify sales opportunities
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in: Marketing, Business Management, Advertising or Business studies
  • Applicants must have 3-5 years’ experience in sales management with proven track record in managing and directing highly skilled, motivated, successful and result-oriented sales force
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and knowledge of market research
