Job Summary

  • We seeks to hire a qualified Digital Marketing Team Lead and Business Developer to join the team of strategists who will be involved in Lead generation, conducting research to identify new markets, ensuring targets are met, and leading a team strategist.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
  • They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Job Summary

  • Develop and implement strategies for new businesses.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
  • Lead generation and conversion to clients.
  • Ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded as prescribed by the company.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years in the same field
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage confidential data
  • Understanding of sales dynamics
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) etc.
