FairMoney is building the leading mobile bank for emerging markets. We started with a digital microcredit application on Android, and currently roll out additional financial services (current account, savings, debit card) while expanding the product to Western Africa and South-East Asia.

Overview

  • Payforce by FairMoney empowers businesses to drive mass adoption of digital and financial services to the underserved populations in their communities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Getting more transactions out of existing Agents.
  • Engage churn Agents (Agents with zero transactions)
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team and update them about the churn and win back them.
  • Engage Newly Onboard Merchant/Agent for increasing their transactions
  • Work with the Customer Success team to ensure rich customer experience and reduce churn.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in relevant discipline.
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in customer relations, sales, marketing, or as a KYC Associate within the Financial Services Sector
  • The ideal candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills as well as being an excellent team player
  • Candidate must be customer focused, and result oriented
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Working knowledge of KYC/Compliance/AML standards
