POS Repair Technician at Nomba (Formerly Kudi)

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: POS Repair Technician

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faulty / bad / damaged terminals.
• Provide diagnostic reports on faulty terminals
• Carry out L1 (first level) repairs onsite
• Establish cordial relationships with agents and merchants
• Educate agents and merchants on challenges they encounter
• Repair faulty damaged terminals
• Service faulty terminals
• Replace damaged parts in terminals
• Provide a detailed report of all repaired terminals
• Account for all payments made for repairs
• Troubleshoot all kinds of POS terminals issues for a swift resolution
• Manage customers whenever there are technical issues

Qualifications

• BSc. / HND holder
• Minimum of 1 year of point-of-sales repair experience.
• Excellent customer relationship.
• Excellent Problem solver
• Good understanding of POS hardware diagnosis, maintenance and repair issues, fixing and replacement of spare parts, error messages, possible causes and resolutions
