Our aim is to ensure that we meet all our clients needs with efficient customers services inline with our policy and procedure. We understand our clients needs and our experience and researches give us the ability to respond to your needs with up to date products. We also provide guidance to our first time moms. We offer products at amazing prices in line with the right quantity and quality.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Adeniji, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customers online via various platforms.
• Answer phone calls.
• Attend to customers online via all platforms.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Acknowledging and resolving customers' complaints.
• Processing orders, forms and requests.
• Keeping records of customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / OND qualification.
• 1 - 3 years work experience.

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Saturdays: 8:30am to 7pm
• Sundays: 12:00pm to 06:00pm.
• 6 Off days in month including 2 Sundays.

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 monthly
